KILN CHAPTER / INFORMATION

Information handling.

A required session records equipment quantities, the installation-sheet choices and a form-security token. Its host-only cookie is Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is separate from the optional browser preference.

Shelf diameter and preferred measuring unit have separate optional choices. The planning room keeps only the fields you allow: a diameter stored in centimetres, a centimetre/millimetre unit, or both. Removing one permission removes that saved field; required-only use reads and writes neither. A stale tab checks current permissions before saving.

The workshop-choice and firing-notes dismissal cookies are browser-readable flags. They hold no address, equipment cost or card data.

An installation record contains the selected equipment, stated site information, studio-room label, level/lift/stair access choice, any handling acknowledgement, contact details and the displayed cost. The card controls are unnamed and their values do not form part of the submitted order.

The firing-notes email choice is recorded separately. Use support@kilnchapter.shop and a reference if you have a question about information associated with a recorded selection.
